- Speaker Submission Deadline: February 1st, 2024
Applications:
- Please note that there will be no extensions beyond the deadline.
- Rolling Basis: We accept applications on a rolling basis, and we highly recommend applying early. As the deadline approaches, the chances of being selected may decrease.
Submission guidelines:
- Limit to one submission per Executive. Multiple submissions will not be reviewed.
- Please restrict the number of executives from a single organization to three. We will not review applications with more than three executives. Our focus is on booking speakers, not companies.
- Full panel submissions will not be accepted.
- ADGHW is not a pay-to-play platform and does not offer honorariums or accept sponsorship payments for speaking roles.
- ADGHW does not cover travel and accommodations for speakers.
Receiving a response:
Due to the high volume of applications, we regret that we are unable to provide individual responses to all applicants. We will reach out only if there is a good fit for the program. Please do not wait for our response to register for the event. If selected as a speaker, we can either refund or transfer your ticket to a colleague.
Cancellations:
We take confirmations seriously. If a confirmed speaker cancels at the last minute, it may impact their eligibility for future events. We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will evaluate such cases on a case-by-case basis.
