Ramy Koussa is the Associate Vice President for the META Cluster at Organon.

He has spent over twenty years of performance-driven leadership in the pharmaceutical industry.

With his expertise and understanding of the industry’s dynamics, coupled with his ability to lead teams to achieve strong business results, Ramy holds a key role in delivering Organon’s diverse and trusted portfolio, focusing on improving women’s health.

Ramy, has been the Managing Director for the MENAT Cluster at Organon since the spinoff.  Before joining Organon, he was the Managing Director of MSD’s Egypt cluster covering Egypt, Libya, Sudan and Yemen.

Ramy began his career with MSD in 2000. Since then, he had multiple roles across the organization’s sales and marketing divisions across various geographies including Egypt, USA, the Middle East as well as the Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) region – eventually becoming the Regional Marketing Director for EEMEA on two of the biggest business franchises in the region. He remained in this role based in Switzerland until 2015.

Ramy obtained his MBA in 2002 and bachelor’s degree in Dental Medicine and Surgery from the Faculty of Dentistry in Alexandria, Egypt, in 1998.
