1. Quick Links & Key Dates

  • Event Dates: 7-9 April 2026
  • Location: ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre) - The event will take place in the Atrium, Halls 5 and 6.
  • Venue Information and Transportation Options (Full Directions and logistics)  

Arrival Tips:

Plan Ahead: Allow extra time for security checks and registration.
Follow Signage: Navigate easily by following event signage:

      • Main Conference: TBC
      • LIVE Stage: On the exhibition floor
      • Capital Suites: Accessible via escalators to the Mezzanine Level- (1st Floor)

Reminder: Bring your ID for a smooth check-in process.

2. Registration and Badge Printing

As a speaker, you do not need to register yourself. We will handle your registration and email you a link to provide necessary details ahead of the event. You’ll receive either:

    • A print-at-home badge 
    • A QR code for onsite badge printing

Important Note: If you do not receive a pre-registration email or if you are registered under someone else's email, please visit the speaker registration counter onsite. Simply provide your name and present your ID or passport for verification.

Onsite Badge Printing:

To avoid long queues, speakers can use the dedicated speaker area at the registration counter.
For a quick and seamless entry, use the self-service kiosks:

1.Scan your QR code
2.Collect your printed badge
3.Enter the event

3. Speakers Details and Permit Requirements

If you have been invited to speak, our team has sent you a link to the Speaker & Session Details Collection Form. Please complete this form with the required information to confirm your place in the speaker lineup and allow us to process your speaker permit for ADGHW.

    • If you or your team have already submitted the form, you may disregard this notice.
      If you have not yet submitted it, please reach out to us as soon as possible to complete the process.

Important Notice:
The Department of Culture and Tourism requires a permit for all speakers presenting or conducting training sessions in Abu Dhabi. To ensure processing in time, please submit all necessary documents at least 5 working days before the event.

       Required Documents:

      1.        For UAE nationals and residents - Emirates ID, Passport photo (white background), Place of birth, Mobile number, Email, Passport type, educational level
      2.        Non-UAE Resident and Other nationalities - Completed permit form (Download Here), Passport copy, Passport-sized photo (JPEG, white background)

4. Access and Speakers Lounge

As a speaker, you will have access to the following areas during the event:

  • Speaker Lounge (1st floor/Mezzanine Level)
  • Delegate Lounge (Exhibition Floor)
  • Conference Sessions 

Please note that access to invite-only events are not included.

Speaker Lounge Details

Location: Upstairs area Mezzanine Level (exact location to be provided onsite)

Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, Refreshments and Comfortable seating

Hours: Open during all exhibition hours

6. Presentation Guidelines and Submission

Several sessions are discussion-based, but if you are giving a standalone presentation, please follow the below guidelines.

Presentation Requirements (If Applicable) 

 Email your final presentation to: dianacastro@dmgevents.com and jingson@dmgevents.com

Important Note: If you miss the submission deadline, please bring your presentation onsite and share it with the AV team at least one hour before your session.

7. On the Day: Tips for Speakers

  • Arrive early: At least 15 minutes before your session
  • Check in with staff: DMG Events team or AV techs will be on hand to support you

  • Comfort monitors
  • Podium
  • Slide advancers
  • Lapel or handheld microphones 
  • AV crew to assist with setup and timing

 Q&A Tips

  • Repeat audience questions for clarity
  • Keep responses brief to allow for more questions
  • If unsure, it’s okay to say, "I'll follow up on that."
