Minni Sarkka-Hietala leads Deloitte's social and healthcare expert services in Finland, the Nordics and across Europe. For close to 20 years, she has worked with various public and private health care organizations. Minni has extensive experience in developing, re-structuring and implementing transformation in health care service organizations and systems. Her knowledge on the industry stems from having worked closely with social care, primary care and secondary care providers on numerous different topics. She sits in several different management teams, seeing challenges and solutions across national borders. Minni has worked closely to navigate and implement a national health care reform with the aim of creating a more resilient and sustainable health system.
