Diana Torgersen leverages her deep expertise across the life sciences ecosystem to drive strategic collaborations and value creation. With a career spanning venture capital, investment banking, biotech, and pharma, she has played a key role in financing, strategic transactions, and business development, shaping innovation at critical inflection points.

Before joining Organon, Diana worked as a venture investor at Novo Holdings. She has also held roles in investment banking at Credit Suisse, and corporate development at Chiesi Farmaceutici.

Currently, as Head of Innovation Ecosystem Integration at Organon, Diana is dedicated to building a sustainable innovation ecosystem that accelerates solutions for women’s health. She works across VCs, biotech, policymakers, and industry leaders to develop strategic partnerships and financial solutions that bring transformative health innovations to market.

Diana holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford and a bachelor’s and licentiate degree from Stockholm University, with additional research experience at NIH and Karolinska Institute.
