"Razan is the Country Director leading UAE/OMAN cluster at Organon. 

She has spent over 18 years of performance-driven leadership in the pharmaceutical industry.

With her expertise and passion to serve patient's needs, coupled with her strong ability to lead teams to achieve solid business results, Razan holds a critical role in delivering Organon’s mission and ultimately providing women with a better and healthier everyday across the region.

Prior to assuming leadership of UAE & OMAN, Razan was the Business Operations Regional Director for Gulf Cooperative Council (GCC) in MSD, which was a critical market for the success of the Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa region (EEMEA). In her role, Razan leads the department with focus on ensuring business operational efficiency, define, identify and implement new digital solutions that will enhance reach to customers and ensure delivery of best in class learning solutions to support achieving business objectives. Razan took part of the successful turnaround in MSD Saudi Arabia business while establishing synergy in operation across 6 markets in the GCC. 

In 2017, Razan resumed the role of Strategy Realization office of MSD GCC where she worked with Strategic focus on leveraging Risks & opportunities, New Product launches & build the 2020 strategy for the GCC."
