1. Location and Transportation:
•Event Venue: The event will be held at the Atrium, Halls 5 and 6 at ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre).

Arrival Tips:
•Plan Ahead: Allocate extra time for security checks and entry procedures.
•Follow Signage: Navigate easily by following event signage:
o Main Conference (Future of Health Summit): Hall A
o Global Stage: HALL B (Opposite to Hall A)
o LIVE Stage: On the exhibition floor
o Capital Suites: Accessible via escalators to the first floor
Remember to bring your ID for smooth check-in.

2. Registration and Badge Printing
•As a speaker, we’ll register you for the event in advance.
•You’ll receive an email in the weeks leading up to the event with:
oA print-at-home badge option, or
oA QR code for onsite badge printing
Important Note: If you didn’t receive a pre-registration email or if you’re registered under a teammate’s email, don’t worry! Just visit the speaker registration counter onsite, provide your name, and you’ll receive your badge. Please remember to bring your ID or passport for verification.
Onsite Badge Printing:
•Use the dedicated speaker area at the registration counter to avoid long queues.
•For quick entry, utilize self-service kiosks:
1.Scan your QR code
2.Collect your printed badge
3.Enter the event

3. Speakers Information and Permit
If you have been invited to speak, our team has sent you a link to the Speaker & Session Details Collection Form .Please complete this form with the required information to confirm your place in the speaker lineup and allow us to process your speaker permit for ADGHW.
•If you or your team have already submitted the form, you may disregard this notice.
•If you have not yet submitted it, please reach out to us as soon as possible to complete the process.
Important Notice: The Department of Culture and Tourism requires a permit for all speakers presenting or conducting training sessions in Abu Dhabi. Please submit all necessary documents at least 5 working days before the event.
Required Documents:
For UAE nationals and residents - Emirates ID, Passport photo (white background), Place of birth, Mobile number, Email, Passport type, Educational level
Non-UAE Resident and Other nationalities - Completed permit form (Download Here) , Passport copy , Passport-sized photo (JPEG, white background)

4. Speaker Lounge

6. Presentation Guidelines and Submission
While many speakers are invited to panel discussions that do not require a presentation, if you are presenting, please adhere to the following:
•PowerPoint Template
oDownload our official PPTX template which includes event branding and formatting guidelines.
Design Tips:
•Use large, readable fonts
•Limit text – focus on key points and visuals
•Preferred aspect ratio: 16:9.
Submission:
oDeadline: Monday, April 7th, 2024
oEmail your final presentation to:

Important Note: If you miss the submission deadline, bring your presentation onsite and hand it to the AV team in advance. Early submission ensures a smoother experience given tight schedule.

7. Day of the Event Speakers Tips
•Arrive Early: Be in your assigned room 15 minutes before your session.
•Find Support Staff: Look for DMG Events staff or the AV team for assistance
Available equipment:
oComfort monitors, slide advancers, Microphones (you may need to be mic'd up in advance if part of a panel or if you wish to walk while presenting).
Q&A Tips
•Repeat audience questions for clarity
•Keep responses brief to allow for more questions
•If unsure, it’s okay to say, "I'll follow up on that."
